David Cameron-Nick Clegg
The duo of David Cameron and Nick Clegg took over the reins of Britain from outgoing Prime Minister Gordon Brown post May 6 general elections. With the elections returning a hung Parliament, Cameron, leader of the largest Conservative Party, decided to form a coalition government with Clegg’s Liberal Democrats – the first since the World War II. Clegg was appointed the Deputy Prime Minister.
Cameron, aged 43, is the youngest British PM since Lord Liverpool (1812).
