I`ve never actually been a particularly anxious person - friends say I`m so laid back I`m horizontal etc. But in the last couple of years I`ve had some issues and stresses. During this time I decided to try meditation and even though I`m inconsistent at doing it, and probably not very good yet, it has most definitely helped me get back on track.
