Pump your lifeline/bloodline with Yoga `Asanas`

Asana also called sitting down in Sanskrit is a body position, typically associated with the practice of Yoga, intended primarily to restore and maintain a practitioner`s well-being, improve the body`s flexibility and vitality, and promote the ability to remain in seated meditation for extended periods. These are widely known as Yoga postures or Yoga positions, which are currently practiced for exercise and as an alternate medicine.

In the context of Yoga practice, asana refers to two things: the place where a practitioner sits and the manner in which s/he sits. Current hectic lifestyle of any youth or adult calls for some free time where he/she is able to mediate and connect with her/himself and Yoga provides us with that period, which helps in enhancing the spiritual connectivity as well as act as a gifted boon to oxygenate the frantic daily routine of any individual today.
