As per JAPANESE research, drinking anything before 15min of lunch & after 45 min. of lunch is not good for health.. rather you can choose something hot for drink while taking lunch or dinner. Anything cold can make food like solid which reduces digestion.. and this is not good for hurt, and all health related issues.

It is pro-bio-tic too, gives a lot of energy to brain.

Home prepared Buttermilk (Mattha) is much more beneficial for weak digestion.
