Sharad Yadav begins second phase of campaign against Nitish
Sharad Yadav on Monday slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Patna: JD-U rebel leader and former party President Sharad Yadav on Monday slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said there is a condition like "Andher Nagri Chaupat Raja" (ruler in oblivion amid chaos) in the state.
"There is a condition like 'Andher Nagri Chaupat Raja' in Bihar. It was evident last week when a portion of a canal collapsed a day before it was to be inaugurated by Nitish Kumar. Rampant loot and corruption are everywhere," Sharad Yadav told media persons after landing at Patna airport from Delhi.
"Law and order has totally collapsed as reports of murder, rape and bank robbery have increased," he said.
