, an information technology solutions and services company for Global 1000 enterprises, announced today the opening of its center in Gurgaon as the company continues to expand its footprint in India. Located at DLF Cybercity, the campus is UST Global’s first telecom Center of Excellence worldwide, aimed at improving the customer experience and operational efficiencies of Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in the country.
It will have capabilities in providing consulting, customer service and order management, network management, billing and data warehousing, analytics services, M2M and NOC planning, operations and management.
In addition, the center will provide service delivery for numerous international clients in the telecom and other sectors including healthcare, retail, BFSI and government and is fully integrated into the company’s global network.
