Yes! According to News18.com, a screen adaptation of Sanjaya Baru's controversial book 'The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh will have Kher play the titular role.
The report originally attributes the news to Economic Times and mentions that the film is expected to be out in December 2018. It will be interesting to see how the venture turns out on the big screens as there are several controversial pointers presented in the book.
