Jacqueline Fernandez to play tough lady cop in Salman Khan's Race 3?

New Delhi: Salman Khan has stepped into the shoes of Saif Ali Khan in Race 3 and looks like Anil Kapoor's cop role will now be reprised by Jacqueline Fernandez. Surprised? Well, so are we.

The latest buzz is that Jacqueline will be seen playing a tough lady cop in Race 3. According to BollywoodLife.com, Jackky will play something she hasn't so far. The report quotes an insider as saying, “Jacqueline has an interesting character in this thriller. She will be the one at the helm of things, who will be inspecting the whole situation, much like Abhishek Bachchan in the Dhoom series.”

The makers reportedly wanted to add some freshness to the cop's role played by Kapoor senior in previous two instalments of the action franchise, so this time Jackky will be seen donning a cop's role.

The source has been quoted as saying, “Given that this is a speed-based thriller, Jackie will have a lot of action sequences and stunts, which she will do herself.”
