Shah Rukh Khan thanks 'Ittefaq' team for recreating his Yash Chopra film

Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha, who were overwhelmed by Shah Rukh Khan’s presence on the first day of the shoot of ‘Ittefaq’, took to Twitter to thank him for his best wishes.

Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha and Sidharth Malhotra have teamed up for the first time for ‘Ittefaq’, a remake of a namesake film starring Rajesh Khanna and Nanda. Produced by BR Chopra and directed by Yash Chopra, the 1969 film happens to be Shah Rukh Khan’s favourite.

The superstar of Bollywood, took to Twitter Monday to thank the crew of the film.

Sid and Sona, who were overwhelmed with the presence SRK on the first day of the shoot, took to Twitter to thank him for his best wishes.

The movie is being jointly BR Films, Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Abhay Chopra – grandson of late BR Chopra.
