The 50-year-old Scottish singer’s two companies have made the huge amount courtesy the global success of her debut album ‘I Dreamed A Dream’, the Scotsman reported. Records filed with Companies House show that Boyle was given full control of her financial affairs for the first time, earlier this year. ‘The Gift’ singer has also been made the director and owner of all shares of the companies handling the income from the singer’s music and merchandising. The main company Duil Ltd has 4,638,469 pounds in the bank, while her second firm Speur Ltd has assets worth 175,405 pounds. The figures revealed cover the period from October 2009 to October 2010, when her first record topped the US and Britain charts, whereas the sales of her second album ‘The Gift’ have yet not been accounted for.
