I should have worn a bra at 2002 Oscars, says Gwyneth Paltrow

New York: Gwyneth Paltrow, whose Goth-inspired gown remains one of the most surprising style moments in Oscar history, has said that she should have worn a bra underneath that Alexander McQueen frock in 2002.
The sheer top on the gown left the now 40-year-old actress with an unfortunate saggy look. The Oscar-winner was the "It" girl at the time, but still the usually chic star landed on several "Worst Dressed" lists in 2002. Now, Paltrow has come forth and explained her misstep, taking to her GOOP blog to write about her biggest fashion faux pas. She wrote that she still loves that dress but she should have worn a bra and should have had just had a simple beachy hair and less makeup, the New York Post reported. She added that then it would have worked as she wanted it to - a little bit of punk at the Oscars. ANI
