Washington: Beatles musician Sir Paul Mccartney has revealed that he got ‘very emotional’ after watching a documentary based on the life of his former bandmate George Harrison.
The four-hour-long documentary, ‘Living in a Material World’ directed by Martin Scorsese was a tribute to Harrison, who passed away due to lung cancer in 2001. Mccartney said that the documentary reminded him of the times he spent with Harrison. “I was impressed- it actually really reminded me again what I already knew, which was how cool George was,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling The Sunday Telegraph. “Of course, it was very emotional for me too. But it was really good,” he added. ANI
