New Delhi: Two-wheeler maker India Yamaha Motor (IYM) on Monday reported 20.50 percent increase in total sales for March at 50,473 units.
The company had sold a total of 41,886 units in the corresponding month last year, IYM said in a statement.
In the domestic market, the company registered a rise of 20 percent in its sales at 35,782 units compared to 29,819 units in the year-ago period, it added.
In the export markets, IYM sold 14,691 units in March 2013 as against to 12,067 units in the same month last year, achieving a growth of 21.75 percent.
