Billy Ray loves Miley`s racy new music video

London: `Hanna Montana` star Miley Cyrus admits that her father Billy Ray loved her racy new music video `Can`t Be Tamed`. "My dad loves it. I think my dad was thinking I was a little crazy while I was writing it because when you`re hearing `feathers coming out of your hands,` (you think) `oh wow, looks crazy!`" usmagazine.com quoted her as saying.
