Cheryl`s condition not improving

Cheryl Tweedy, who is down with malaria, is showing no signs of improvement.

London: Cheryl Tweedy, who is down with malaria, is showing no signs of improvement. Tweedy`s condition is a lot worse than originally presumed, and reports suggest it could take her months to overcome the illness. She was taken into the emergency unit at the Cromwell Hospital, London, after she fainted at the photoshoot of talent hunt show "X-Factor", and was transferred to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases.
"She really is very poorly indeed and doctors weren`t taking any chances. Intensive care was their best option," mirror.co.uk quoted a source as saying. Doctors hope she`ll make a full recovery. However, the worrying developments led to "X Factor" bosses conceding she would now definitely be unable to make the auditions in Manchester. "The Manchester auditions will go ahead as scheduled. But Cheryl is unfortunately not able to attend. Simon and Louis will be joined by Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger," said a show spokesman. IANS
