Osbourne favours mercy killing

Los Angeles: Rocker Ozzy Osbourne has instructed his wife Sharon to turn off the life support system if he ever falls into a coma because he wouldn`t want to live in a vegetative state. "I`ve always told Sharon, `If I become one of my vegetables (in coma), you have my permission to pull the plug.` People say that`s going against god, but being a doctor is going against god, isn`t it? The 61-year-old is in favour of mercy killing, but thinks there should be certain regulations doctors should follow while practicing it. He also supports Jack Kevorkian, the doctor who claims that he assisted many of his patients to die.
