Britney Spears` opening act is Nicki Minaj

Minaj will be joining Spears on tour this summer.

Los Angeles: After Enrique Iglesias bowed out, pop princess Britney Spears has roped in rapper Nicki Minaj as her supporting act on the much hyped `Femme Fatale` tour.

The `Toxic` hitmaker confirmed on her official website that Minaj will be joining her on tour this summer. "This is the Femme Fatale tour and I`m thrilled to have the hot Nicki Minaj join me and Jessie and the Toy Boys and Nervo will get everyone on the dance floor," said the 29-year-old singer in a post. The 26-year-old replaces Iglesias who declined to be a part of the tour, just a few hours after Spears announced a massive concert tour with him as her opening act. Spears has also recently announced a collaboration with Minaj`s good friend, Rihanna, on a remixed version of the `Umbrella` hitmaker`s track `S&M`. PTI
