Soulja Boy’ rep denies $55m private jet purchase

New York: Rapper Soulja Boy and his management team are accused of lying about purchasing a G5 jet worth 55 million dollars for his 21st birthday.

A member of Boy``s management team revealed that the rapper had bought a 35 million dollars jet and was going to drop an additional 20 million dollars to pimp his ride with 12 custom Italian leather seats, flat screen TVs, four liquor bars, luxurious bathroom and Brazilian hardwood cabinets. However, a representative for Boy blasted reports, insisting the rumours are simply ‘not true’. “The elaborate rumours circulating about Soulja Boy purchasing a jet for his 21st birthday are grossly over exaggerated and are not true,” the New York Daily News quoted Greg Miller as telling the Los Angeles Times. Seems like Forbes had dwelled in deeper into Boy’s earnings, stating that the singer only earned 6 million dollars last year. ANI
