Cowell hopes for the best in 2012

London: Music mogul Simon Cowell is hoping that 2012 will be better for him personally and professionally, compared to last year.

Last year the 52-year-old saw his reality show, the US version of "The X Factor", not getting expected TRP`s and his relationship with fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy also suffered a lot. "Simon was pretty fed up at the end of the year as 2011 didn`t exactly go to plan. He`s hoping he can sort things out professionally and personally before the new year gets into full swing," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying. "His relationship with Mezhgan is at crisis point and Simon has been working flat-out on the American `X Factor`. All in all, it`s been a pretty stressful year. He pretty much decided to scrap Christmas, so he`s looking forward to getting back on track this year," the source added. IANS
