After the successful launch of many gadgets, Olive has launched India’s first 3G network supporting tablet OlivePad VT-100 which brings India to the forefront of convergence technology.
Sporting a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and designed as a multi-functional device, Olive Pad operates on an Android Operating System, supports 3.5G HSUPA, Wi-fi and Bluetooth. With an inbuilt three mega-pixel camera and a front camera, the Olive Pad can be used as a touch notebook allowing browsing, multimedia, instant messaging and easy access to the world of social networking, GPS for maps and turn-by-turn directions, gaming console, television, voice and video calling
The OlivePad is loaded with 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM. The memory can be extended up to 32GB with a memory card. This is a nice device that integrates WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, smart-phone and mobile computing in an intelligent manner.
So, the OlivePad VT100 3G devices would surely be a nice buy for the customer.
Users would be able to read ebooks and browse web over the webkit browser with Flash support. What really makes OlivePad distinct is that it is loaded with features of a tablet as well as a smartphone.
The OlivePad tablet is available between Rs 22,000 and Rs 25,000 in India. This amazing Indian product would be available at all Croma stores from from August.
Personally, I would like to suggest you to still wait for the Apple ipad instead of buying Olive ipad as Apple’s technology is far ahead.
