Samsung Galaxy Grand launched in India for Rs 21,500

New Delhi: Raising the bar for the smartphone market, South Korean electronics major Samsung Electronics on Tuesday launched its budget smartphone, the Galaxy Grand for Rs 21,500.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand budget phone boasts of a 5-inch WVGA TFT screen, an 8 MP camera and is powered by Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).

The device will be available in both dual SIM version (GT-I9082) as well as single SIM version (GT-I9080).

The phone is available in 8GB variant only but can be extended to 64GB via microSD card.
