Los Angeles: Hollywood actor Daniel Radcliffe, who is gearing up for the release of his horror film ‘Woman in Black’, is eager to visit the ‘ghost’ town of Bhangarh in India`s Rajasthan state.
"As a preparation for the movie, I was reading a lot of books and in Google about ghosts. I came across this place in India called Bhangarh," said Radcliffe. "I wish I could personally visit the place and live my role of Arthur Kipps in real," he added. The film tells the story of Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe), a widowed lawyer, who leaves his son in London to settle the legal affairs of the recently deceased Alice Drablow. But upon his arrival, it soon becomes clear that everyone in the town is keeping a deadly secret. Although the townspeople try to keep Kipps away from learning their tragic history, he discovers that the house that belongs to his client is haunted by the ghost of a woman, who wants to find someone and something she lost. Asked if he believes in ghosts, Radcliffe said: "I am an atheist and that means I look for logic and not just blindly believe in things that I see happening around me. So believing just in gods and ghosts is not enough an explanation." IANS
