Casio Computer Company has released its first ever smartwatch, the Smart Outdoor Watch WSD-F10. It is durable and designed for outdoor activities such as, trekking and mountain biking.

The Smart Outdoor is an Android Wear device and users can customize it with apps of their choice. It can measure altitude, air pressure, as well as sunrise and sunset times. It is also water resistant up to 50 meters with a compass and accelerometer.

The face of the watch is equipped with a double-layered LCD screen.  One is monochrome and the other color. In the monochrome watch mode, the battery can last over a month long showing the time. In the color mode, users can display their applications.

The Smart Outdoor watch even has an application that enables users to connect the watch to the digital Casio EXILM Outdoor Recording Gear EX-FR100 to control the camera from a distance.
