Do-It-Yourself guide to fix iOS7 problems
Sydney: Apple recently rolled out its latest iOS7 system and users were not completely satisfied with the experience, with some feeling nauseous with the app animations others found security bug, allowing people to access the phone's content even without a password.

However, in order to solve many of the issues, there are some quick and easy steps to drive the operating system back to 'normal'.

According to news.com.au, if users are experiencing their contacts' nicknames being displayed instead of their real names, they can simply go to the settings menu, go to the contacts and calendars tab and further to short name and toggle the Prefer Nicknames button to off.

Users have also complained that their photos are showing up like film negatives. For this they can change the default accessibility settings and switch off the Invert Colours button.

Those who are using sharing the same Apple ID across multiple devices tend to receive iMessages or text messages meant for other person, for this, they should create separate IDs or log in to iMessage using their own phone number instead of a group email.

If the iMessage is displaying a user's email address instead of their number, the default settings can be changed by following the settings menu to messages and then send and receive where one can tap on their Apple ID and Sign Out.

Those who are unable to delete songs from their iPhone or iPad can hold their finger on that particular song and swipe from right to left to delete it. Alternately, they can change the music settings and switch off the Show All Music button.

Users who are unable to delete the photos from the camera roll can try to resync their devices or try to reinstall the iOS7.

The report said that some users said that their messages were not being received, for this issue, they can check if their iMessage feature is turned off, and try to send messages normally as an SMS.
