Washington: Search giant Google is expected to launch an improved Nexus 7 tablet and an updated version of the Android OS by the next week.
According to ABC News, Google’s refreshed Nexus 7 is expected to have a slightly different black design, two cameras and a faster Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with the updated Android 4.3 OS.
Retailers, including Office Max, are expected to get the new tablet in the next week priced at 269.99 dollars for the 32GB model.
However, Google did not comment on the speculations but head of the Android and Chrome divisions at Google, Sundar Pichai is expected to talk about the browser-based operating system in addition to Android at an upcoming media event, the report added.
