Russell Brand proposed to Katy Perry in India while they came vacationing here to celebrate Christmas and New Year. They are engaged and now have decided to tie knot soon in India itself. Then they had gone to the Mughal Garden which was decorated with the beautiful lashing flowers and candlelight. Perry received the diamond ring to hide among the white flowers. Brand proposed to her and she immediately said ‘Yes’.
