New Delhi: Chinese tech giant Lenovo is likely to unveiled the K5 Note in India on July 20, about seven months after its was unveiled in China in January 2016.

Seen as a successor to the K4 Note, the Lenovo K5 Note comes with a full metal body.

Over the weekend, Lenovo in a tweet confirmed of the event stating "You don't have to worry about a 'house-full' when you have the best seat in the house. The #KillerNote5 is coming."

 

However, NDTV Gadgets 360 reports that the company will launch the smartphone in August with a first teaser on Wednesday.

Regardless of that, the Lenovo K5 Note is full metal body with a 5.5-inch FHD IPS panel.

It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T860 GPU.

As for memory, it comes with 16GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Lenovo’s Vibe UI skin on top, comes with 13MP rear camera with PDAF autofocus, an f/2.2 aperture and dual-tone LED flash apart as well as an 8MP selfie camera.
