Charlie Sheen not invited to sons` birthday bash

Los Angeles: Charlie Sheen`s twin sons turned two with a party thrown by the Hiltons, but their father, actor Charlie Sheen was not on the guest list.

The twins` mother, Brooke Mueller, did not invite her ex-husband to the party which was attended by Paris and Nicky Hilton among 50 other guests. The news comes after it emerged that Mueller`s parents have flown to Los Angeles to help their daughter care for her her sons. The 32-year-old`s parents live in Florida but have flown to LA where they intend to look for a permanent base in order to be more hands on with their grand children. When the former real estate broker admitted herself to a sober living facility in December they took charge of the boys. Mueller recently worked out a custody sharing agreement with 45-year-old Sheen. "Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter," their lawyers said in a joint statement after two weeks of intense negotiations. As part of the new agreement both she and Sheen will undergo regular drug testing. PTI
