Jay-Z says Beyonce is like ‘the second coming of MJ’

Washington: Jay-Z has christened wife Beyonce Knowles as ‘the second coming’ of late pop star Michael Jackson despite believing that it would be ‘blasphemy’ to compare her to such an ‘innovator’.

The ‘99 Problems’ rapper compared the ‘Single Ladies’ hitmaker to the ‘Beat It’ singer, as he felt that he learnt similar things from both of them. “What I’ve learnt from her is similar to what I learnt from [Michael Jackson] - and I know that’s blasphemy to compare the two because Mike was such an innovator, but I think she’s like the second coming,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling Miami radio station 99 Jamz. The comments came after he was recently approached to join the ‘Michael Forever’ tribute concert that is scheduled to be held in October this year. ANI
