Hrithik to play lead in Shekhar Kapur’s flick

Mumbai: If reports are to be believed, Shekhar Kapur is all set to direct a Hindi flick this time, and he has reportedly roped in Hrithik Roshan to play the lead role in the same. And this is not the first time the two are planning to work together. A decade back, immediately after his debut, Hrithik was supposed to work with Shekhar on a project titled ‘Paani’, which never took off. So now, Kapur has reportedly approached the actor with a ready script for his next film. A source reveals, "Hrithik and Shekhar have met several times to discuss working together but somehow, things never worked out. Now that Hrithik is ready with ‘Kites’, Kapur feels it`s the right time to back that up with his film. Grapevine has it that the film in question will be made in four languages - Hindi, English, Spanish and one other language. It’s expected to hit the floors by mid-2010. Let’s see who would be Hrithik’s lucky leading lady!
