New Delhi: Sony Xperia P, the final set piece in the latest Xperia line up, is up for grabs right now on Infibeam.com, selling at Rs 25,500.
A slight downgrade from the its more expensive sibling the Xperia S, the Xperia P is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor propped up by 1 GB RAM and internal storage of 16GB. Though there aren’t any chances of any expandable memory on this one too.
The phone measures 122mm x 59.5mm x 10.5mm weighing 120g approximately. The Xperia P hosts Sony’s superior music experience with 3D surround, xLoud and Clear Bass. Its 4-inch Reality Display using Bravia Engine is one of the brightest in its class.
The aluminum casing on the Xperia P is another feature that the more expensive Xperia S didn’t have.
Sony settles with an 8 MP on the Xperia P, a downgrade from the Xperia S’s 12 MP camera, though it’s quite capable of capturing quality photographs.
The Xperia P comes bundled with Android Gingerbread 2.3 though it too will receive the joys of the Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 4.0 treat like its Xperia family in the next planned upgrade.
Xperia P hits the market on May 25 and will be available across the country.
