Wickedleak to launch Android OS Jelly Bean based tablets next month

The latest OS upgrade to the Wammy tablets is set to come in the fourth week of September.

Mumbai: If you have plans to go for the Wickedleak series, you can soon be ready for the Android OS Jelly Bean based tablets in September.

Wickedleak Inc has plans launch Wammy tablets by the fourth week of September, set to become the first devices in India to get the latest version of the Android OS Jelly Bean, as per a company statement.

"The Jelly Bean update for the existing Wammy users will be available in the last week of September. Users will be able to update their tablet over the air (no need to connect to PC) shortly after the updated tablet starts shipping to the users," the release said.

The Wammy 7 ,Wammy Ethos and Wammy Plus are now available in India for Rs 5,249 onwards. The tablet is available via the Wickedleak website, it said.
