Jha`s `Aarakshan` to be shot at Bhopal

Bhopal: Noted film-maker, Prakash Jha who shot his film `Raajneeti` in Bhopal, will be shooting his next venture also in this city.

"My next film would be titled `Aarakshan` and will star megastar Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role," Jha told reporters last evening. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn and Manoj Bajpayee. Jha said that shooting for the film would commence in December this year and the entire film will be shot in this city only. "Some of the character roles would be played by local artists," he said. The film-maker said that his new film intends to accomplish two tasks, first to explore if reservations have generated enough opportunities for the lower castes and second to try to shed misunderstandings about the issue.
