Mumbai: The BSE Sensex rose 0.6 percent in early trade
on Tuesday, led by gains in ICICI Bank and Reliance Industries and tracking
firm Asian markets.
At 9:55 a.m., the 30-share BSE index was up
0.62 percent at 16,703.65 points, with only two components declining.
The 50-share NSE Index was up 0.6 percent
