Joan Collins wants to launch own fashion line for older women

Washington: Veteran actress Joan Collins has revealed that she has ideas of launching her own fashion line that will cater mostly to older women.

Collins, 78, told British TV host Paul O’Grady that she wants to create a range that will be for females over 40, as the clothes that are currently available are not up to the mark. “I would love to do a fashion line, because I’m very interested in fashion,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying. “I design a lot of my own clothes and I think for women of my age, over 40, there’s very few things that you can wear. “Everything’s either too girlie, or it’s too mumsy/granny, so I think I have some very good ideas,” she added.
