Mumbai: Global asset management firm JP Morgan Asset Management on Friday elevated Nandkumar Surti as Managing Director and Chief Executive from his earlier position of Chief Investment Officer.
Surti will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's asset management business in the country, the fund house said in a statement here.
The incumbent CEO Christopher Spelman will return to Hong Kong by the year-end, it said without giving the details.
The AMC manages Rs 4,747.69-crore assets as on September 30, and caters to investors in 141 cities across the country.
