John Mayer offered job of making porn films

Los Angeles: John Mayer has been offered a job by an adult entertainment company after he expressed his love for pornography during his recent Playboy interview. The `Belief` singer, who was mired in controversy after the publication of his candid conversation with the magazine, confessed that writing porn is his dream.

"Pornography? It`s a new synaptic pathway. When I watch porn, if it`s not hot enough, I`ll make up backstories in my mind. My biggest dream is to write pornography," Mayer had said. And now Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch has written to Mayer to offer the star his "dream" job, reported TMZ. "We actively pursue working with highly creative people and you obviously fit that mold. We believe your incredible talent and passion, which have touched so many, can translate into a highly erotic adult film," Hirsch wrote in the letter to Mayer. "I think that together we can create a highly unique breakthrough film that will appeal to your millions of fans. Please call me at your convenience so we can discuss our working together," he added.
