Mumbai: Sahara Housing Finance on Saturday announced the appointment of Seemanto Roy, the younger son of Sahara Chairman Subroto Roy, as director of the company.
The appointment was made by members and shareholders of the company on September 29, Sahara Housing Finance informed the BSE.
