Chennai: Air India on Saturday said it will introduce a hub-and-spoke flight on Chennai-Delhi sector on October 30, which will enable international travellers connect with their flights from Indira Gandhi International Airport in the national capital.
The flight AI-043 would leave Chennai daily at 2130 hours and reach Delhi at 0015 hours. Similarly, the return flight AI-042 would leave New Delhi at 1805 hours and arrive at Anna International terminal in Chennai at 2045 hours," Air India said in a statement here.
The national air-carrier has also introduced a daily direct flight between Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram.
The airline said it would operate A320 flight on Chennai- Vishakapatnam sector, offering more capacity during the winter season.
