Mumbai: After raising eyebrows by dating a man twice her age, Shahana Goswami has done the expected. The stunner has parted ways with her 8-month long beau Milind Soman thereby joining the fast-growing list of celebrity break-ups in B-town this year.Who says love lasts forever? Going by the current phase in filmdom, love lasts only to end in a messy furore. And Milind Soman and Shahana Goswami are no different. The two, who had met in March this year through a common friend Purab Kohli, have gone in separate directions as they mutually ended their affair. Though friends of the couple maintain that the two called it off over difference in temperament, it is now speculated that the couple’s affair was nothing but a rebound. Apparently at a time when the two met, they had both emerged from troubled relationships. While Shahana had broken up with Mira Nair`s nephew Ishaan, Milind had separated from his French wife Mylene Jampanoi. Talking about the difference in temperament a source said, "He wanted a commitment from her, she was more inclined to take it one day at a time. Temperamentally, they are very different. He believes in planning and she is spontaneous, when it comes to relationship, career or day-to-day decisions." "It`s been tough but both of them are holding strong. They haven`t made the transition from lovers to friends yet, but in time that will happen", added the source.
