Lindsay Lohan questioned after alleged burglary

Los Angeles: Actress Lindsay Lohan was interviewed by the police after an apparent burglary at a Hollywood Hills home.

The 26-year-old actress is not a suspect in the case. Lohan was staying at the house along with several other guests. The owner claimed that expensive jewellery had been stolen after the guests woke up next morning, a website has reported. Police were called to the home and interviewed everyone inside, including Lohan who was very cooperative but claimed she had nothing to do with the theft. It is not for the first time that the actress has been in hot water over jewellery theft. She was charged with stealing an USD 2,500 necklace in January this year. PTI
