Jeff Bridges stalked friend to prepare for alien role!

London: Jeff Bridges has revealed that he stalked a friend he thought could be from "outer space" to prepare himself for the role of an alien in the hit film `Starman`.

The movie star insists on researching his roles and admits he was a little lost when it came to studying to play "Starman" in the 1984 John Carpenter film, reports contactmusic.com. "I started going through my phone book thinking, `Which of my friends would I not be surprised to find out was an alien?` Then I just followed the dude around. He was a dancer and had dyed his hair platinum blond... He definitely could have been from another planet. He was far out," he said. IANS
