Washington: Kate Moss has revealed that her signature meal is a traditional Sunday roast with her own ‘‘amazing’’ homemade gravy that she can prepare even with her “eyes closed.”

The 37-year-old supermodel who is married to rocker Jamie Hince confessed that she may not be a homebody because of her busy schedule but is “very proud” of the meat dish that she prepares every Sunday for a traditional British lunch. “It depends how busy I am, but I did get really into cooking at one point. I can do a good roast with my eyes closed,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying. “I’m amazing with gravy, even other people ask me to do gravy at their house. I’m very proud of my gravy,” she added. Moss is reportedly planning to set up a business selling homemade jam after perfecting her own recipes at her estate in the Cotswolds, South West England. ANI
