London: Oscar winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she has been medically advised to sunbathe to prevent osteoporosis. The 37-year-old actress, who has always avoided the sun, said that medics found her bone intensity to be low.
And she has been advised her to get out in the sun to improve her vitamin-D levels, reports the Daily Express. She reveals on her blog: "I suffered a pretty severe tibial plateau fracture a few years ago, which led to a bone scan."
