Drunk Russell Crowe banned from pub

Russell Crowe got into an argument and earned a ban in a pub in Surrey.

London: Russell Crowe was reportedly banned from a pub in Windlesham, Surrey, England, after getting into an argument.The actor was said to have created ruckus after the local tavern keeper told him it was closing time.

“We understand that he offered money to be allowed to keep drinking after closing time,” a news daily quoted a local as saying. “Well, it’s just not the way we do things here. Eventually he left, but not before smashing a plate,” the local added. A duty manager at The Brickmakers confirmed that the star had been barred. He added: “I’m not exactly sure what he’s supposed to have done but there was apparently trouble and he’s been asked not to return. “It’s not the only place he’s been barred from. There are at least two others I know of, one here in Windlesham and another in Sunningdale.” ANI
