‘Real beauty is making peace with yourself’

London: Singer-actress Jessica Simpson is not obsessed with her looks and feels that real beauty lies inside.

The 30-year-old star, who is currently dating former footballer Eric Johnson, admits she just wants to be comfortable in her own skin, Lucky magazine reported. "We all obsess over looking like the perfect Barbie type, and that`s not always what`s beautiful. It`s about making peace with yourself," Simpson said. The `I Wanna Love You Forever` hit-maker insists that shooting her reality series `VH1`s Price of Beauty` really put her in touch with her inner beauty and also influenced her style. "Morocco was a huge influence on me when it comes to jewellery and fashion. You can`t help but want to buy caftans when you`re there!," Simpson said. PTI
