New Delhi: Actress Raveena Tandon, who is making a full-fledged comeback with the bilingual project "Gin Liya Aasmaan", says she had been waiting to work in a children`s film for a long time.
"Loving doing `Gin Liya Aasman` as it is a beautiful emotional story about a mom and her small child," Raveena posted on her Twitter page. The 37-year-old, who was last seen in "Bbuddah...Hoga Tera Baap", will be seen as a mother to a six-year-old boy in the bilingual movie "Gin Liya Aasman". It is being made in Hindi and Marathi. Though she was the chairperson of Children`s Film Society of India (CFSI) for two years, starting 2003, Raveena never got a chance to feature in a childnren`s film in her two decades long career. "When I was chairperson for the CFSI, I`d be asked, when eventually will I ever work in a children`s film. I was willing, never got the opportunity or a good script where I could be involved. When this script came to me, just completely loved it...overdue, eventually doing a good kiddie film," added the ravishing actress. Raveena has two children - six-year-old daughter, Rasha, and four-year-old son Ranbir. IANS
