WATCH: Trailer of Ram Gopal Varma’s underworld thriller ‘Satya 2’

New Delhi: As promised by him, film maker Ram Gopal Varma has come up with the first look trailer of the sequel to his much-appreciated underworld thriller film ‘Satya’ (1998). The trailer hit the web on March 1 with the release of RGV’s film ‘The Attacks of 26/11’. The trailer opens to declare that by 2013, the Mumbai police had wiped out the underworld that had terrorised the city since decades. But the point made is that unless vices like greed and jealousy that are prevalent everywhere, are wiped out, it is foolish to believe that the underworld is non-existent in the country. And hence, the film sets the stage for another thriller with blood-shed and deceit in the sequel. The second instalment of the series stars Telugu actor Sharwanand as a lead actor. Though it is unfair to judge the film on the basis of the trailer, we leave it to you to make a decision whether or not the sequel will be as good as the first part!
