Internal pressure makes me work hard: Parineeti Chopra

Mumbai: Actress Parineeti Chopra, who has delivered hit films in the recent past, feels internal pressure that she should keep raising the bar with every project.
Parineeti, 24, made her acting debut with `Ladies versus Ricky Bahl`. Her role in `Ishaqzaade` was much appreciated and even got her a special mention at the National awards this year. "I don`t have any external pressure. I have internal pressure that I have to do better than my previous films and advertisements. There is internal pressure on me that whether you receive an award, appreciation or not you still have to work hard...I think that way," Parineeti said here today. She would be seen next in Yash Raj Film`s `Hasee Toh Phassee` to be directed by Maneesh Sharma, opposite Siddharth Malhotra. She will also be doing one more YRF film titled `Kill Dil`. "I am quite excited about all my films. I am looking forward to their releases. All the films are entertainers," she added. The chirpy actress is looking forward to sing in her upcoming projects. "I am a trained singer and I hope I get a big chance to sing and I will do it," she said. Parineeti was appointed as brand ambassador for We Chat, a mobile application to communicate with people. "It is hugely important as actors that we not only act, but do other things as well. We are now wholesome entertainers. So, we have to be on every medium. Films are put up on big screen, while advertisements bring us closer to the people who are going to buy tickets and watch our films," she said. PTI
