Max Institute of Health inks pact with France' INCa

Max Healthcare has 12 medical facilities in North India.

New Delhi: Max Institute of Health and Education Research (MIHER) today said it has inked a pact with France's Institut National du Cancer (INCa) for collaboration in the field of cancer.

MIHER, which is supported by Max Healthcare, inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with INCa for collaboration around areas of research and scientific collaboration in the field of oncology, MIHER said in a statement.

"...This collaboration with INCa, France brings us a great opportunity to make advancements in the field of oncology and hence provide better medical care to our cancer patients," Max Healthcare CEO Ajay Bakshi said.

MIHER Chairman Harit Chaturvedi said the collaboration with the French Institute will aid in extending education about the deadly disease to maximum number of people in India.

With this partnership of MIHER with INCa, various technological advancements, scientific research and new techniques will come together under one roof aiding human needs for better healthcare services, the company said.
